How do I place an order?

Visit GAKONDO store page on our website, and select the products you wish to purchase.

What payment methods are accepted?

We support payments by all major credit cards.

When is my order processed?

Orders are processed within 24 hours after the payment has been confirmed. Our order processing hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.

When can I expect my order?

Once the order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via text or email with your tracking number. This will direct you to the carrier’s website to track your shipment.

Please note:

Standard transit time usually takes anywhere from 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Express shipments usually take 1-3 business days.

Returns

The item must be returned within 30 days after the purchasing date. Please contact us at info@gakondo.com within 24 hours for return instructions. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. The item must also be in the original packaging, and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

GAKONDO LLC. reserves the right to refuse any return sent and / or communicated after a 30 day period. Please also note, item returned damaged and / or contrary to the conditions stated above shall not be eligible.

Once we receive the item, we inspect it and immediately notify you on the status of your exchange.
